DroppinDimes transforms the lives of young women through the medium of basketball.

DroppinDimes strives to be the most affordable Northern California young women’s basketball organization.  We teach and promote fundamental basketball concepts and life skills to enable student athletes to succeed at life both on and off the court. We are dedicated to helping them achieve their dreams of becoming college basketball players and college graduates, regardless of their ability to pay. To that end, we partner with players, families, coaches and companies who love basketball, operate with high integrity, and are willing to “make the assist” for others’ success.

Our mission is supported by our four pillars of success.

Empowerment: Being a part of a team plays a valuable role in the development of young girls and the advancement of women as leaders in society. We cultivate our young women to be unstoppable fearless leaders, unafraid to pursue their dreams and overcome challenges. There are no shortcuts to success. 

Education and Literacy: We provide free financial literacy classes, SAT preparation, and academic tutoring.

Mental Health and wellness: We help young women to achieve better physical, mental, social, and spiritual health by encouraging healthy diet and nutrition, physical fitness, and providing mental health support through speakers and other resources.

Life Skills: We equip young women with the life skills they need to thrive and succeed

in the world after high school and college through the following:

•  Conflict Resolution
•  Adaption/Ability to cope

We See the Bigger picture: We are strong advocates for the equality of all women not just in basketball, but in all sports. That is why we “Serve the game to grow the game.” We support the advancement and sustainability of women’s basketball by staying on course. We don’t stray from the proper instruction and proper fundamentals. We have an obligation promote fair and ethical practices.

Currently, we are seeking sponsorships at any level. This request is specifically to help with educational assistance for SAT/ACT and expenses associated with team travel to compete in NCAA certified tournaments in various parts of the United States. Your support is greatly appreciated and will impact several student-athletes throughout Northern California. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this request in person or over the phone.
